Paul Cady Ph.D
Dr. Paul Cady is Professor and Dean at Idaho State University (ISU) College of Pharmacy. He earned his B.S. in Pharmacy in 1980 from the University of Arizona. His work experience includes the Indian Health Service (IHS), community pharmacy, and long term care consulting. After serving in the IHS for several years he returned to the University of Arizona and earned his M.S. and Ph.D. in Pharmacy Administration.
After his graduate training, Dr. Cady accepted a position on the faculty at the University of Tennessee College of Pharmacy. Two years later, he joined ISU.
While at ISU, Dr. Cady has served as the Director of the Pharmacy Administration Graduate Program, Vice Chair in the Department of Pharmacy Practice and Administrative Sciences, and as Associate Dean. Along with colleagues at ISU, he was a recipient of the Rufus A. Lyman Award in 1989. In addition to his teaching and research, Dr. Cady has been active in pharmacy associations, serving as the Secretary-Treasurer for the Idaho Pharmacist Association for 8 years.
