The purpose of the College of Pharmacy at Idaho State University
is to prepare a competent pharmacy practitioner with effective primary
care practice skills, including abilities to communicate and educate
others on the rational use of medications and related devices. Also
to engender a lifelong learner who possesses a caring, professional
attitude and seeks to be an agent of change within the profession.
Our program includes forty-two (42) weeks of experiential training
in a variety of patient care areas.
