| Pg 151 Cady Saga He was a militiaman in the Cumberland Valley Twsp 1782/83 Bedford Co. Pa.Other data says that he was born in 1760 not 1758. This probably is not true as brother Daniel was born in 1760. He bought 321 acres of land on Mill Fall Run in 1807. Harrison Co. W.V. Minute book 1814-1816 Pg 2 Sept 19, 1814 "Ordered that Paul Michael, Henry Hays and Fleming or any of them after being sworn in do view and mark a road from Fleming's settlement on the West Fork River to Joseph Morgan's Mill on Buffaloe and report to the court. ----------------------------------------------------------------- He was a farmer and resided at Mill Fall Run ---------------------------------------------------------------- from HISTORY OF MISSOURI 1888 - Sullivan Co.
