Dr. Biddle is a Clinical Assistant Professor at Idaho State University Meridian Health Sciences Center in the Department of Pharmacy Practice and Administrative Sciences. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree at Marshall University in secondary education and went on to earn his Doctor of Pharmacy degree at West Virginia University School of Pharmacy in 2009.  After graduation, Dr. Biddle completed a 2-year pharmacotherapy residency at Idaho State University’s Department of Family Medicine specializing in both inpatient and outpatient family medicine in 2011. 

After his graduate training, Dr. Biddle accepted a faculty position at Albany College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences on their Vermont Campus.  He joined the Idaho State University faculty in 2016.

Dr. Biddle is the Cardiovascular module coordinator.  He also teaches motivational interviewing, patient communication, and the JCPP Patient Care Process in various courses.  His professional, instructional and research interests lie in the areas of ambulatory care pharmacy practice, population-based disease management, motivational interviewing, medication therapy management, immunizations and diabetes management. 

Dr. Biddle currently practices at St. Luke’s Internal Medicine Outpatient Clinic on Jefferson Street in Boise.
